To use
the Watcher software, you need to have:

A PC
camera properly installed. It can be
either a digital webcam or an analog
camera with video capture card.
If you want to use
a webcam with our webcam software,
please make sure it is
compatible with VfW
(Video for Windows).
(Almost all webcams are VfW
compatible).

If you are
using analog camera together with a
video capture card, as long as the
capture card is VfW compatible, it
will work with our webcam software.
-
A
modem if it will listen for
modem-to-modem direct connection or
you want to use the phone alert
feature.
-
Internet access if you want to listen
on TCP/IP.
